"In 2019, I found myself weighing the most I ever had. I was working a full time job, planning my wedding, and somehow still managing a social life. I don't really know when it happened, but I started hating looking at myself. My clothes didn't fit and the once there muscles, from years of sports were slowly but surely fading.
